🎯 Objective

Durak (Дурак) means "Fool" in Russian. Be the first to empty your hand. The last player holding cards is the Durak — the loser!

🃏 The Deck & Trump

36 cards are used (6 through Ace). After dealing, the bottom card of the draw pile reveals the trump suit — the most powerful suit in the game. It stays visible until the draw pile is exhausted.

⚔️ Attacking

On your turn as attacker, play any card from your hand face-up on the table. You can add more cards as long as they match the rank of any card already on the table (max 6 attack cards, or as many as the defender has in hand).

🛡 Defending

The defender must beat each attack card with either:

• A higher card of the same suit, or
• Any trump card (if the attack card is not trump), or
• A higher trump (if the attack card is trump)

If you can't or won't defend, tap "Take Cards" — you pick up all table cards and skip your next attack turn.

📥 Drawing Cards

After each round, players draw from the pile back up to 6 cards. Attacker draws first, then clockwise, defender last. When the pile is empty, empty-handed players are safe and out of the game.

🏆 Winning

Players who empty their hand first are safe. The single remaining player with cards is the Durak! Your score tracks wins across games.

⚙️ Difficulty Levels

Beginner Easy Medium Hard Very Hard Scientist Cyborg ☠

Higher levels make AI smarter at saving trumps, attacking strategically, and piling on weak defenders.

💡 Tips

• Save your trump cards for crucial moments — don't waste them early.
• Attack with low-ranked cards to drain the defender's hand.
• Pile on cards when the defender is clearly struggling.
• The player with the lowest trump card attacks first.
