01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cliko Games at clikogames.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Cliko Games is a brand of Envol Wealth Group Inc. ("Envol," "we," "us," "our"), a holding company based in Toronto, Canada.

02 Description of Service

Cliko Games is a free, browser-based gaming platform. We provide puzzle, card, arcade, word, math, strategy, dice, pattern, platform, party, sports, and global/regional games that can be played directly in your web browser.

• Free to play — all games are free. No in-app purchases, no premium tiers, no pay-to-win mechanics.
• No download required — all games run in your browser. No software installation needed.
• No login required — you can play immediately without creating an account.
• Daily challenges — many games feature daily challenges that are the same for all players worldwide.

03 No Account Required

Cliko Games does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal information to play. Game progress (scores, streaks, daily challenge completion) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.

If you clear your browser data, your local game progress will be lost. We do not back up or recover localStorage data.

04 No Gambling or Real Money

Games that simulate real-world activities (such as Blackjack or Poker) are provided purely for entertainment and skill development. No real money is wagered, won, or lost.

05 Intellectual Property

All games, code, graphics, sound effects, text content, and visual design on clikogames.com are the intellectual property of Envol Wealth Group Inc. or are used under licence.

• You may play our games, share challenge links, and link to our pages from your own website or social media.
• You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our games or source code without explicit written permission.
• You may not embed or iframe our games on another website without permission.

Traditional game rules (such as the rules of Solitaire, Chess, or Minesweeper) are in the public domain. Our specific implementations, visual designs, and code are proprietary.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the Service
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (please report them to hello@clikogames.com instead)
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent Cliko Games scores or achievements on social media or elsewhere

07 Advertisements

Cliko Games is supported by advertisements served through Google AdSense. Ads appear in designated banner positions and never interrupt active gameplay. We do not control the specific ads displayed — those are determined by Google's ad network based on general context.

08 Third-Party Platforms

Some Cliko Games titles may also be available on other game websites. When playing on those websites, their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.

Challenge links shared from our games will direct players to clikogames.com. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party platforms.

09 Children's Safety

Cliko Games is designed to be safe and appropriate for players of all ages. Our platform is compliant with the following regulations:

• COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) — we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) — Canadian federal privacy law compliance

All game content is rated "Everyone." There is no user-generated content, no chat functionality, no social features that would expose children to other users, and no in-app purchases.

Parents and guardians: if you believe a child has provided personal information through our contact form, please email privacy@clikogames.com and we will delete it promptly.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While we strive to ensure all games function correctly across browsers and devices, browser compatibility issues may occasionally arise. Please report bugs to our contact page.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Envol Wealth Group Inc., its founder, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed CAD $100.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice (such as a banner on the homepage).
