Cliko Games Inc. ("we," "us," "our") is a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada.
Cliko Games is a free, browser-based gaming platform. We provide puzzle, card, arcade, word, math, strategy, dice, pattern, platform, party, sports, and global/regional games that can be played directly in your web browser.
Cliko Games does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal information to play. Game progress (scores, streaks, daily challenge completion) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.
If you clear your browser data, your local game progress will be lost. We do not back up or recover localStorage data.
Cliko Games does not involve real money, virtual currency, loot boxes, or gambling of any kind. No game on our platform accepts, processes, or rewards real-money transactions. Scores and streaks are for personal achievement and friendly competition only.
Games that simulate real-world activities (such as Blackjack or Poker) are provided purely for entertainment and skill development. No real money is wagered, won, or lost.
All games, code, graphics, sound effects, text content, and visual design on clikogames.com are the intellectual property of Cliko Games Inc. or are used under licence.
Traditional game rules (such as the rules of Solitaire, Chess, or Minesweeper) are in the public domain. Our specific implementations, visual designs, and code are proprietary.

Cliko Games is supported by advertisements served through Google AdSense. Ads appear in designated banner positions and never interrupt active gameplay. We do not control the specific ads displayed — those are determined by Google's ad network based on general context.

Some Cliko Games titles may also be available on third-party gaming platforms (such as CrazyGames and GameDistribution). When playing on those platforms, their respective terms of service and privacy policies apply in addition to ours.
Challenge links shared from our games will direct players to clikogames.com. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party platforms.
Cliko Games is designed to be safe and appropriate for players of all ages. Our platform is compliant with the following regulations:
All game content is rated "Everyone." There is no user-generated content, no chat functionality, no social features that would expose children to other users, and no in-app purchases.
Parents and guardians: if you believe a child has provided personal information through our contact form, please email privacy@clikogames.com and we will delete it promptly.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
While we strive to ensure all games function correctly across browsers and devices, browser compatibility issues may occasionally arise. Please report bugs to our contact page.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cliko Games Inc., its founder, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed CAD $100.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
