Your goal is to place one flag (queen) on each row of the grid such that no two flags share a column, and no two flags occupy the same diagonal. At higher difficulties, colour zones add an additional constraint — no two flags may be placed in cells of the same colour zone.

A standard 8-Queens puzzle has 92 solutions; with colour-zone constraints layered on top, the solution space collapses dramatically, often to a unique arrangement.
